Vendors and one guest will have complimentary access to the event all weekend long. Please make sure you check in with someone at the upstairs registration desk when you arrive. *Vending fees are non-refundable*

set up and tear down
Vendor set up begins at 1:00pm on Friday Evening. This is the earliest we are able to get into the room. If that changes, we will make an announcement.
Someone will be on site to help direct you when you arrive.
The theater will be locked up before the show on Saturday.
Vending closes at 5pm on Sunday. We must vacate the building by 9pm.
Absolutely NO animals permitted unless they are service animals.
