By entering the Belly Dancer USA Competition, I agree to hold Belly Dancer USA, Cassandra Rose, Rose Empire Dance Company or any of its volunteers or affiliates harmless of any issues that may arise at this event. I understand that the above mentioned people or entities are not responsible for any lost or stolen items or damages that may occur. I understand that all photos and video may be used at the discretion of Belly Dancer USA for promotional purposes. I further understand that all entry fees are non-transferrable and non-refundable. By completing this registration form, I am acknowledging the information stated above and agree to the terms of the Belly Dancer USA competition.
